Shipping Speeds/Policy
All shipped USPS with tracking
Estimated Shipping Speeds:
First Class Mail 2-5 business days
Priority Mail 1-3 Business Days
International First Class Mail 7-21 business days
USPS does not guarantee shipping times, these are only estimates. In rare cases US items have taken up to 3 weeks to arrive post shipment date. Please understand I have no control once the item leaves my shop. If you have any shipping concerns please message me and I will be happy to help. I can not be responsible for any item once marked "delivered" per tracking. Please make sure you have a safe location available for items to be delivered and contact your local post office.
Rush Option
I will make your item first and it will leave my shop as quickly as possible. Rush fees are non-refundable.
Return details
If you are ever unhappy with your purchase please contact me. Items* may be returned in original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery date, actual SHIPPING FEES and RUSH FEES are non-refundable, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Tracking number must be provided by buyer.
Refund will be processed within 3 days of return delivery date.
*Personalized items, anything including birthstones and initials will have a 10% fee for returns or cancellations, this is to cover the time taken to personalize the item, as well as cover the cost of the findings that can not be reused.
*Custom orders (items not regularly in my shop) are Nonrefundable
*Bulk/Wholesale orders are Nonrefundable
Postal Delay/Lost Item
For items which experience postal delays, and are subsequently lost, a replacement will be shipped once and item has stopped tracking for 21 days for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international orders. The postal service is very overwhelmed due to COVID- 19.
I can not be responsible for any item once marked "delivered" per tracking. Please make sure you have a safe location available for items to be delivered and contact your local post office.
Care instructions
Jewelry should be put on after products like lotion, perfume and hairspray. Store all items, when not being worn, in an airtight zip lock bag, precious metals do not like the air.
Sterling Silver Care & Cleaning
Tarnish is a naturally occurring reaction of the metal to air and water. All sterling silver will need to be cleaned periodically. Use nonabrasive silver tarnish removal products, but be careful to avoid stones and pearls.
14 karat Gold Filled Care & Cleaning
Gold-filled jewelry will not tarnish, it can get dirty. The oils from your skin transfer to the metal and need to be washed off periodically. To clean, wash with mild soapy water and soft cloth.
